How much is postage within the UK, and how long will it take for my order to reach me?
Orders within the UK will be charged a flat rate fee of £1.49 and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post. An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, this will usually be within 2-5 working days of you placing your order. All orders will be posted to the address provided by Paypal. Please note that once the order has been sent, it is out of our control and we therefore can not be held responsible for any damages or losses. Delivery in the UK usually takes 2-3 days from the dispatch date, but please allow up to 14 days.

We welcome international orders! All orders will be charged a flat rate fee of £3.49 and will be sent via air mail. An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, this will usually be within 2-5 working days of you placing your order. All orders will be posted to the address provided by Paypal.
Please note that once the order has been sent, it is out of our control and we therefore can not be held responsible for any damages or losses. Please allow 7-21 days for international delivery. On rare occasions, a customs charge may apply. This is completely out of our control and we will not be held responsible for these charges. You can contact your local postmaster for more details.
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive within the specified time?
If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us with the subject "Where's my item?" via the contact form or email us at [email protected]. Please include your full name and your transaction ID. Please allow extra time during busy holiday periods and Royal Mail strikes.
