What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Jewellery purchased from Love Suzie may be delicate, especially if it is made from vintage components. Please consider the following guidelines and tips when caring for your jewellery:

• Do not shower or bathe in your jewellery.
• Please do not wear perfume or strong moisturisers at the same time as your jewellery. These contain strong chemicals which may tarnish your jewels.
• Brass tarnishes over time but if you prefer the shiny look, treat your charms with a bit of Brasso on a cloth.
• Silver plated items can be restored by using a silver cloth, these are readily available from most supermarkets.

How do I return an item?

Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements and photographs are as accurate as possible. In the unlikely event that you are dissapointed with your item, we will gladly refund or exchange any returns received within 7 days of receipt, minus P&P costs. We are not responsible for postage costs or postal losses on returned goods.

All returns or exchanges need to be verified by us first, so please contact us with the subject "Return" via the contact form or send an email to care@lovesuzie.co.uk. Please include your full name, the reason for your return and your transaction ID. We may not be able to process your request if we're not notified prior to you returning an item. We will then contact you within 48 hours of receipt of communication with further instructions. Refunds/exchanges are processed in 2-3 working days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of earrings for pierced ears due to hygiene reasons.
